Scott Hennig

A long-time CTF supporter, Scott worked as a speechwriter and public policy researcher with the Government Members' Research Branch in Edmonton before becoming the Alberta director.  He served as the CTF's Alberta director from 2005 until 2012 when he was promoted to Vice President, Communications. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Scott previously served on the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey Association Executive and the Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce Student Work Program Committee and is a founding and current member of the Fort Saskatchewan Urban Forest Committee. During the winter, Scott referees hockey in the Edmonton area.

Scott enjoys running, playing basketball, slo-pitch and golf, despite not being very good at any of them. Scott and his wife Stacey have two children and live in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
